Transfer the pineapple juice liquid into a large saucepan over medium heat. Mix in the brown sugar, a third of a cup of water, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and seasoned salt. Allow the mixture to thicken by cooking covered for 3 to 5 minutes.
I have cooked this recipe numerous times, and my entire family really enjoys it.
I really like this recipe because it has such a lovely flavor. I intend to prepare a massive quantity for the guys when it's harvest season. I personally skip the carrots and just use double the amount of peppers.
