Remove the shells and slice a small portion off the base of each so they stand stable. Halve the eggs lengthwise, extracting the yolks into a mixing dish. Combine the egg yolks with mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and diced red bell pepper until the mixture is uniform.
Simply incredible! One of the best items I have found on this site. It is very labor-intensive (don't rush the cooling process!) but every bit of effort is worthwhile. I will be making this many times in the future.
The effort involved was significant just for salsa and eggs. These are best suited for their appearance rather than their taste.
