Scoop the yolk filling back into the cavities of the egg whites, leveling the top with the edge of the white. Reassemble the two halves of each egg.
Simply incredible! One of the best items I have found on this site. It is very labor-intensive (don't rush the cooling process!) but every bit of effort is worthwhile. I will be making this many times in the future.
The effort involved was significant just for salsa and eggs. These are best suited for their appearance rather than their taste.
