Transfer the eggs out of the hot water and place them under cold running water until they are chilled.
Very simple.
It's a very straightforward recipe, and the flavor is superior if you fry your own bacon rather than using pre-cooked bits. I also prefer to hand-grate my own cheese. My family has requested these for nearly a decade now.
