While waiting for the eggs to set, fry bacon in a large pan over medium-high heat for approximately 10 minutes, flipping occasionally until it's crispy. Let the bacon dry on paper towels, then break into small pieces.
Very simple.
It's a very straightforward recipe, and the flavor is superior if you fry your own bacon rather than using pre-cooked bits. I also prefer to hand-grate my own cheese. My family has requested these for nearly a decade now.
