Coat the surface of the "carrot" with 2 ounces of shredded Cheddar. Stick parsley stems into the thicker end to represent the carrot tops. It was an enjoyable project! I followed the recipe exactly, and while I wasn't entirely convinced by the inclusion of green olives, I actually enjoyed them.
