Halve the boiled eggs and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Combine these with mayonnaise, mustard, Italian vinaigrette, and black pepper. Lay the empty whites on a platter and season with a bit of salt. Either spoon the filling into the whites or use a pastry pipe for a neater appearance. Garnish with paprika and chill in the fridge before you serve.
I've prepared versions of this before but never included French dressing or brown mustard. These additions provided a much nicer zing. I will definitely be updating my standard recipe.
My boyfriend gave them a thumbs up, and I felt they had just the right amount of zest! That being said, the eggs looked a bit messy since I don't have much practice with peeling them.
My eight-year-old son and I put these together and we really enjoyed them! We included a hint of onion powder.
