Submerge the eggs in a pot filled with cold water. Heat the water until it reaches a boil, then immediately pull the pan off the burner. Put a lid on the pot and allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for ten to twelve minutes. Take them out, chill them, and peel away the shells.
I've prepared versions of this before but never included French dressing or brown mustard. These additions provided a much nicer zing. I will definitely be updating my standard recipe.
My boyfriend gave them a thumbs up, and I felt they had just the right amount of zest! That being said, the eggs looked a bit messy since I don't have much practice with peeling them.
My eight-year-old son and I put these together and we really enjoyed them! We included a hint of onion powder.
