Distribute the yolk mixture into the egg white halves using a spoon, a piping bag, or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off. Garnish with a light dusting of paprika and set an olive half, rounded side facing up, in the center of each one. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until set, then serve.
My husband and son said these were the best deviled eggs they have ever had. We used sliced jalapeños instead of olives for garnish because we enjoy the spicy kick.
