Put the eggs into a pot with a lid, submerge them in water, heat until boiling, then remove from the heat source. Allow them to sit in the covered pot for 10 to 12 minutes. Take the eggs out of the water, allow them to cool down, and then shell them.
My husband and son said these were the best deviled eggs they have ever had. We used sliced jalapeños instead of olives for garnish because we enjoy the spicy kick.
Very delicious. I opted for spicy paprika to add a little more heat.
