Submerge the eggs in a large pot filled with water. Boil them, then reduce the heat to a simmer for ten minutes. Drain the water, cool the eggs, remove the shells, and halve them lengthwise. Transfer the yolks into a medium mixing bowl and set the egg whites aside on a serving platter.
I wasn't impressed at all. We hosted a large party, and most of the appetizers were left over.
Simple recipe for deviled eggs, and they taste great! I used the full measure of mayonnaise, and really enjoyed the garlic notes.
Commenting specifically on the mayonnaise component: It doesn't taste exactly like what you find at the grocery store. It's tasty, but not necessarily the best I've had.
