Arrange the eggs in a single layer inside a pot, then pour in enough water to submerge them by one inch. Cover the pot, bring the water to a boil over high heat, then take it off the stove and let the eggs sit in the hot liquid for 15 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the eggs in cold water until chilled, and peel. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl.
These are rather bland. I believe adding mustard or a spicy hot sauce would be a great improvement.
The flavor is quite mild. I think incorporating some hot sauce or mustard would really help.
