Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak, turning occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until the meat is browned on the outside but still slightly pink inside. Remove the meat and set it aside.
I will definitely be keeping this as one of my favorite, quick appetizers. The sauce is exceptional! I also included mushrooms, which was delicious.
We noticed how colorful these were, reminiscent of Christmas, so we prepared them for a holiday gathering. They were the best thing we have ever made.
