Put the eggs into a pot and fill with water until they are submerged. Boil the water, take the pot off the heat, and allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. Take the eggs out, rinse them with cold water, and peel off the shells.
These tasted incredible!
This recipe might be okay, but if you stick to the instructions of bringing eggs to a boil and then resting them in the water for 15 minutes, the yolks will still be runny and it will be a disaster. I ended up wasting the yolks and just keeping the whites.
Wonderful. I didn't have pea shoots, so I substituted tiny bits of spicy pickled green beans, like the ones used for Bloody Marys.
