Submerge the eggs in a pot of water. Bring the liquid to a rolling boil, take the pan off the burner, and leave the eggs submerged for 15 minutes. Afterward, transfer the eggs to an ice-water bath, rinse them, and strip away the shells.

Everyone at the gathering was clamoring for the recipe after I served these! I prepared 18 eggs with adjusted ratios, and not a single one was left. Incredible!

I served these at a wine tasting party, and all 24 were consumed instantly. It is a wonderful recipe, although I did add a few extra jalapeños for a spicier kick and used smoked paprika.
