Combine the bacon bits and ranch dressing with the egg yolk mixture, stirring until thoroughly incorporated. Fill the empty egg white halves with this mixture. Set them on a platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
I followed the directions exactly and they turned out wonderful; my roommates really liked them as well.
If you are a huge fan of ranch, you will enjoy this recipe. While I like ranch, I think I would prefer these if they also included some mustard and relish.
I included a bit of shredded cheddar cheese. I felt they needed significantly more ranch dressing. I will definitely prepare these again with those adjustments.
