Arrange the eggs in a single layer within a large pot and pour in water until they are submerged by an inch. Bring the water to a boil over high heat with the pot covered. Afterward, take the pot off the burner and allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the eggs under cold water, and peel them once they have cooled down. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks, and place them in a bowl to mash with a fork until smooth.
I followed the directions exactly and they turned out wonderful; my roommates really liked them as well.
If you are a huge fan of ranch, you will enjoy this recipe. While I like ranch, I think I would prefer these if they also included some mustard and relish.
I included a bit of shredded cheddar cheese. I felt they needed significantly more ranch dressing. I will definitely prepare these again with those adjustments.
