Warm Brie and Pear Tartlets
These make a simple, delicious, and elegant appetizer. They impress every time!

Ingredients
- *24 mini phyllo tart shells
- *¼ pound ripe Brie cheese, cut into 24 small chunks
- *1 ripe pear, cut into small dice
- *2 sprigs fresh thyme
- *2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Position the tart shells on the tray. Add a wedge of Brie into every shell. Distribute the chopped pear and a few thyme leaves into each, then add a light drizzle of honey.
Step 3
Cook inside the heated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is soft.
