Salmon lovers and those who like non-traditional cheese balls will enjoy this nice appetizer. Chopped nuts may be used for rolling instead of parsley.

Ingredients

  • *1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • *1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • *1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • *¼ teaspoon salt
  • *1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • *1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • *1 bunch chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Combine the cream cheese, onion, horseradish, lemon juice, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl until well blended. Incorporate the salmon, ensuring it is mixed throughout. Shape the mixture into a sphere, coat it with parsley, then wrap it in plastic and refrigerate until it is time to serve.
