Ingredients

  • *8 ounces pepperoni sausage
  • *8 ounces cream cheese
  • *1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • *2 tablespoons butter
  • *½ cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Process the pepperoni slices in a blender or food processor until they are finely ground, then reserve.

Step 2

Combine the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, butter, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly using a mixer. Incorporate the processed pepperoni and blend again. Shape the mixture into bite-sized spheres, arrange on a serving platter, and store in the fridge.
