Ingredients
- *1 pound lean ground beef
- *1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- *1 (12 inch) parbaked thin pizza crust
- *5 tablespoons queso dip
- *1 cup shredded aged Cheddar cheese
- *1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- *4 green onions, diced
- *4 tablespoons salsa
- *½ cup crushed tortilla chips
- *2 tablespoons sour cream, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Set your oven to reach 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Brown the ground beef in a spacious pan for approximately 5 minutes until it is no longer raw. Remove the grease, then incorporate the seasoning packet until everything is well integrated.
Step 3
Lay your pizza base out on a flat area. Apply the cheese dip in an even layer across the crust, then layer on the Cheddar, the browned meat, peppers, and scallions. Dot the pizza with spoonfuls of salsa, keeping them distinct from the remaining ingredients. Finish by dusting with crumbled corn chips.
Step 4
Slide the pizza onto the center rack of your hot oven and cook for roughly 8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and fully liquified. Provide sour cream on the side for serving.
