Halloween Cheese Ball

Wonderful addition to any gathering, particularly to celebrate Halloween. Serve with crackers or plain tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • *2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • *2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • *2 teaspoons chili powder
  • *1 (8 ounce) package nacho cheese-flavored corn chips (such as Doritos®), crushed
  • *1 bell pepper stem

Directions

Step 1

Mix together the cream cheese, shredded Cheddar, and chili powder thoroughly. Shape the mixture into a sphere and place it in the fridge until you are set to dish it out.

Step 2

Right before you present it, coat the exterior in crushed corn chips and add a bell pepper top to mimic the appearance of a pumpkin.
