Extra Easy Hummus

Tahini-free hummus that only takes minutes, and is a favorite with my kids.

Ingredients

  • *1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
  • *1 clove garlic, crushed
  • *2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • *½ teaspoon salt
  • *1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Place the chickpeas, garlic, salt, cumin, and olive oil into a food processor or blender. Process on a low setting, drizzling in the leftover bean liquid until you reach the texture you prefer.
