Extra Easy Hummus
Tahini-free hummus that only takes minutes, and is a favorite with my kids.

Ingredients
- *1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
- *1 clove garlic, crushed
- *2 teaspoons ground cumin
- *½ teaspoon salt
- *1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Place the chickpeas, garlic, salt, cumin, and olive oil into a food processor or blender. Process on a low setting, drizzling in the leftover bean liquid until you reach the texture you prefer.
