Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
This chocolate chip cheese ball is a sweet switch from traditional cheese balls. Serve with graham crackers or chocolate wafers.

Ingredients
- *1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- *½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- *¾ cup confectioners' sugar
- *2 tablespoons brown sugar
- *¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- *¾ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- *¾ cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
Step 1
Use an electric mixer to combine the butter and cream cheese in a medium-sized bowl until the texture is uniform. Incorporate the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Fold in the chocolate chips. Put the mixture in the fridge to chill for two hours after covering it.
Step 2
Shape the cold cream cheese blend into a spherical form. Encase it in plastic wrap and place it back in the refrigerator for a duration of one hour.
Step 3
When you are prepared to serve, take the ball out of the fridge and peel off the plastic wrap. Coat the cheese ball with pecans and display it on a serving platter.
