Ingredients
- *2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- *1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- *1 tablespoon diced onion
- *1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
- *¼ tablespoon seasoning salt
- *1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Step 1
Combine the bell pepper, onion, pineapple, cream cheese, and seasoned salt in a container.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into a round ball and coat it in crushed pecans. Refrigerate before serving alongside butter crackers.
