This is the closest recipe I have found to the salsa served at my local Mexican spot. I excluded the serranos and added a bit more jalapeño instead. Watch out with the salt; I added extra because it tasted a bit plain, but then it ended up too salty. For my taste, I might use a bit less cilantro next time. I’ll certainly keep experimenting with this. Thanks.
