Submerge eggs in a spacious pot filled with water. Heat until boiling, then take the pan off the burner, letting the eggs sit in the hot liquid for a quarter-hour. Transfer the eggs out, rinse them under cool water, and remove the shells.
I have to say, these exceeded my expectations. They provided a gentle heat without being excessive. The only downside was the lack of creaminess, so I mixed in some plain Greek yogurt. My spouse was a fan and requested them again.
These were an immediate success. I served them alongside our New Year's prime rib feast. They were simple to prepare. I also concur about purchasing pre-boiled eggs; shelling more than twelve eggs is a tedious task, regardless of the recipe. I am eager to prepare these once more.
Less pungent than I anticipated, which worked out well since the children enjoyed them too.
