Strain the salmon and break it into pieces in a dish, saving a teaspoon of the juice. Blend the cream cheese, liquid smoke, and that reserved juice in a separate container until smooth, then incorporate the horseradish and green onions. Fold in the salmon bits carefully and let it chill for at least two hours. You can shape it into a sphere and coat it with minced parsley if you like.

This tasted great, which is surprising since I usually dislike salmon! I simply mixed in some finely sliced scallions. Incredible!
