Combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, lemon juice, and roasted peppers in a casserole dish, then finish by sprinkling croutons over the top.
It's delicious, though I swap the sour cream for plain Greek yogurt and use a reduced-fat cream cheese. I also skip the red peppers and add a dash of dried chili flakes to give it a bit of heat! heat.
