Mix together the cream cheese, feta, olive oil, green onions, and garlic inside a large mixing bowl. Season the mixture with dill, pepper, and oregano. Blend thoroughly, divide into two balls, then cover and refrigerate for two hours.
I followed the recipe exactly, and although it looked like it might be too heavily seasoned, it tasted perfect.
I had extra feta to use and tried this recipe out. It made for a tasty late-night snack with some crackers. I bet it would also pair well with smoked salmon.
