Combine the artichoke hearts, Alfredo sauce, spinach, Parmesan-Romano blend, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl until well incorporated; transfer the mixture to an 8-inch square pan.
Prepared the dish as described, but the flavor was bland. None of us enjoyed it, so I will not be preparing it again.
