Submerge the eggs in a pot filled with water. Heat until boiling, then take the pan off the burner and allow the eggs to sit in the heated water for a quarter hour. Take the eggs out, rinse them under chilled tap water, and remove the shells. Halve every egg vertically. Take out the yolks and put them in a bowl, then arrange the white halves on a dish.
I am not a fan of dill, so I omitted it, and I must say this is an excellent recipe.
