Submerge eggs in a deep pot filled with cool water. Heat until it reaches a boil, then immediately take the pot off the burner. Let the eggs sit in the hot water, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes. Afterward, take them out, rinse under cold water, and peel them.
My all-time favorite. I love that this recipe contains neither mayonnaise nor mustard. Delicious!
A nice change of pace from standard deviled eggs.
