The taste was incredible, but it failed to set properly. I checked it to shape it, but it remained very soft, so I chilled it for another hour with no luck. I even used plastic wrap to shape it inside a round bowl, but it still wouldn't firm up. I ended up skipping the nut coating because it was far too soft and just spread it on cookies like frosting. I'm not sure why it didn't solidify—even after three days in the fridge, the texture was still like icing.
