Step 2 of 5
Combine the blue cheese and cream cheese in a spacious bowl, whipping them for roughly 5 minutes until the texture is light and airy. Incorporate the pepper along with one cup of sour cream. Integrate the eggs individually, ensuring you whisk thoroughly after each addition.
This was fantastic! I prepared it as a starter for our "gourmet" dinner club and it was a huge success. I followed the instructions exactly as written. The consistency was creamy, and it featured just the right amount of bleu cheese tang. I garnished it with a colorful mix of diced bell peppers and green onions, which created a festive and beautiful presentation. It’s fairly quick to whip up provided your ingredients are at room temperature. I will certainly make this again whenever I want something unique.
Exquisite. I incorporated chopped walnuts into the batter, which provided an earthy note to the profile.
I whipped this up for a holiday gathering, serving it alongside crackers and cocktail bread. The guests loved it; they took small portions and spread it on their crackers, eating it much like a standard cheesecake. The texture and taste were wonderful. I've already shared the recipe with a dozen people!
