Set the hollowed egg whites on a tray and fill each one with the yolk preparation. Keep them chilled and covered until you are prepared to bring them out to guests.
Prepared these using my own chickens' eggs for a girls' night in. Delicious! Everyone loved them. I personally swapped in freshly chopped parsley and used freshly cracked pepper.
Great recipe! I attempted to pipe the filling using a pastry tip, but my bacon bits were too coarse. If you plan to use a piping tool, ensure your bacon is minced very finely!
I included some diced onions and increased the amount of bacon. Absolutely tasty!!
