In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, pepper, onion powder, and salt until the texture is uniform and silky. Incorporate the artichokes, the prepared spinach, garlic, and hot sauce, stirring thoroughly. Fold in 1 cup of mozzarella along with 1/4 cup of Parmesan; blend everything together. Transfer the mixture into your greased dish, and feel free to top with additional cheese if you prefer a golden, crunchy crust.
This was a fantastic addition to my dinner party menu! I increased the Parmesan amount twofold and kept the hot sauce to a bare minimum since we aren't fans of spicy food. It was a massive success with everyone!
Incredible dip! It is incredibly versatile. My husband even stirred a bit into his morning omelette. Delicious!
