Combine the yolks with mayonnaise, bacon, Cheddar, and mustard, mashing until smooth. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture. Serve immediately, or refrigerate covered until you're ready to eat.
Very simple.
It's a very straightforward recipe, and the flavor is superior if you fry your own bacon rather than using pre-cooked bits. I also prefer to hand-grate my own cheese. My family has requested these for nearly a decade now.
