Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with one corner cut off. Pipe the filling into the cavities of the egg whites and garnish each with a piece of turkey bacon, a slice of jalapeño, and a small amount of hot sauce.
A tasty recipe. I'll reduce the mayonnaise next time, as it felt excessive for the amount of filling. Regardless, the taste was great, and Everything Bagel seasoning added a nice touch on top.
