Incredibly tasty! My kid gobbled them up! The bacon is a great addition to this snack. I personally felt they needed a bit more salt, though that's just how I prefer it.
I prepared these for a Christmas gathering. Very few guests enjoyed them, which was unexpected since everyone there is a fan of avocado. Honestly, I didn't find them very tasty myself. While the recipe was acceptable, I felt the taste was uninspired. That said, I'm open to attempting them again in the future. Since I enjoy avocado in all its varieties, I intend to revisit this recipe.
